get rid of MS Gaming Zone, Movie Maker, Net Meeting, and MS Frontpage?
I'll never use these.
 
If you didn't buy FrontPage you don't have it, you're looking at a system
folder you can't delete.
If you did buy FrontPage and don't want it, just Add/Remove Programs to
uninstall it.

Assuming that you're referring to the extraneous folders within
C:\Program Files that come built into WinXP, simply boot into Safe Mode
and delete them.

Frontpage is not a part of windows.There is a "frontpage" folder and for
some reason, the OS requires that folder.

For any software, simply remove in the normal way, using the program's
uninstall utility, or through Add/Remove Programs.
