I was given a hard drive for my system. My main drive is fat32 and the new
spare drive is NTFS. Does XP Pro have something like the old FDISK that will
allow me to work on this drive and convert it to FAT32?

Hi,

You'll have to delete the existing NTFS partition and then create a new one
from Disk Manager. Click start/run, type diskmgmt.msc and click ok to begin.
Right click the drive, you will see the options.

You've gotten your answers, but there's no reason to do it. A file doesn't
care what format of drive it's on and neither does the swoftware that uses
it. I'd more recommend converting the fat32 drive to NTFS.

Why would you want to? NTFS is a MUCH better file system than FAT anyway.
Why not convert your main drive to NTFS?
