Firstly, it is the "Window" found on the PowerPoint's menu bar, where you
will see File, Edit, View, etc.
The full menu may not be shown. Click Window and see if you can find Arrange
All. There is also an arrow which you can click on to expand the menu.
If you still can't see Arrange All, it may somehow have been removed. You
can add the command back by clicking View > Toolbars > Customize.
Click on the Commands tab.
Under Categories, select Window and Help.
Under Commands, look for Arrange All. Click and hold on the command, then
drag it out and place it under the Window menu.
