How do I view the general tab of a business contact?

I can see the details, finance, etc. tabs on either a business contact or an
account. but I cannot see the general tab on either (obviously pretty
importnat). the data is there because I can see it in list view, and I can
see the general tab on a regular contact.

Which BCM are you using? There are 3 of them. Please update to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...42-6DC5-4922-9DFB-1C82237D6B62&displaylang=en


It sounds like your BCM form may be corrupt.
