how do i view mac calendar?

My manager has a Mac and i have a PC using microsoft 2007, i need to have
access to his calendar on a daily basis to make changes, new meetings and
updates.i can find any information that will help me and the info that i have
found is very confusing.. do anyone know how to do this??
