Emma

I've downloaded power point viewer, to get notes for a
lecture and can see the slide show ok, but need to print
them in a more printer friendly version - without all the
colour background etc. Is this possible? Is there another
program I need to download? Please help!
Emma

Emma,

Unless you have powerpoint you cannot really control how powerpoint (or the
viewer) will print your handouts/notes etc

Hello Emma,

PowerPoint Viewer 2003 always prints slides (not notes, handounts or
outline) and always prints the slides the way they would print from
PowerPoint if you had chosen the Color option in the Print dialog.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) have some suggestions for
additional print options from the PowerPoint Viewer, don't forget to send
your feedback to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also why it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions)
