how do I view a .sit file of pictures

I have winzip & stuffit as someone told me to do
when i click on view there is folder that is titled properly
but i cant see pictures when I click on it
it appears to be empty

I can't figure out what to do

Is there an easier way I can look at these photos or an EZ way with the
software I have?

I am slightly learning disabled & would appreciate any instructions/advice
that anyone can offer.
