How do I use word documents template and conserve the format in ou

When I use my Outlook XP 2003, I tried to use the create new letter (action)
for a business contact and I was able to chose different templates. However,
I felt a personally created template would look better. So I created a
template with a graphics and special margins and performed a dry run.
Unfortunately, the formating was no longer conserved. Why is that? and Is
there a way to prevent this from happening?

BCM uses Word's Letter Wizard so I was able to find the following Word
article to help you with this situation.

187646 Letter Wizard template does not display body text or graphics

Once you have done this in Word, you should be able to use the wizard inside
of BCM as usual.
