How do I use the count function?

I have a form which is a survey and one of the questions is," How do you rate
the service?" and the answerc options are : 1=Poor, 2= Fair, 3= Satis,
4=Good, 5=Excellent; so in the box provided against the question they type
the number. I want to know how can I count the number of "Ones" "Twos"
"Threes" "Fours" & "Fives" for such individual questions.
