How do I use AND in rules instead of OR?

I'm using Outlook 2003. The problem - spam that keeps changing senders,
subjects, and spelling of various words, but still has some of the same
elements in the body. So I want to set a rule that will filter emails to the
junk mail folder where the body contains "Via" AND "Cia" AND "Lev" (as in
Via_gra, Cia_lis and Lev_itra). Currently, it appears that outlook will only
find text in the body using OR instead of AND in rules. The problem with that
is, I don't want to filter emails that have just the word "via" in them, but
just the ones with all of the text I specify in the rule.

Please let me know how to do this.

Thank you,
Mike

Here's one approach:
