cards, flyers and letterhead. How do I do this? Any advice is
appreciated...thanks

Assuming you'll be creating the cards/letterhead in a different program and
just need to use the logo:

Select all the bits that make up the logo if it consists of more than one
shape, then right click and Group it.

Then rightclick it again and save as picture (EMF is probably the best
choice, but you might also want to save as PNG while you're at it).

Import the EMF or PNG into your letterhead, etc.

I guess this depends on what you want to use to create the business cards,
flyers, etc. I probably wouldn't use PowerPoint. Word and Publisher are
likely to be better options. If you are using a Microsoft Office product, I
would first select all the elements of the logo and group them. Then you can
copy and paste them to other documents. If you are using a non-Microsoft
Office product, I would simply export the slide to an image (JPG or GIF or
PNG) and use the image in your documents like you would any other. If you
need more specific instructions, be sure to let us know what version of
Office you are using.
