I have a need to upload data that is downloaded by an existing system into
and XML format. The nature of the data is such that I need the ability to
upload this data in to a D/B, preferrably MSACCESS 2000 so we can build
reports using the rating data, Etc. to provide a team of individuals with
the tools to make decisions.

Can this be done in MSACCESS 2000 or must I get MSACCESS 2003 and if I must
get MSACCESS 2003 is there reader or method that the data can be utilized by
users that only have MSACCESS 2000.

Does MSACCESS 2003 have tools within it to convert XML format to upload into
an ACCESS D/B.

Access 2000, 2002 and 2003 can use the same file format, so if the XML
features of Access 2003 meet your needs, only the person who imports the
data into the MDB will need Access 2003. Once the data is in the MDB, and as
long as you keep the data in Access 2000 format, it can be shared with other
users who have Access 2000 or 2002.
