I want to upgrade my MS FrontPage 2002 to 2003 but can't find the software
anywhere. Do I really need to purchase software as if I were a new user?

Yes, you must purchase the upgrade to FP. You can purchase it from an
online vendor or your favorite local software store.

Amazon has it:

CompUSA as well as a zillion others.

Buy the upgrade if you still have the CD from FP 2002
