How do I upgrade from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003?

I changed computers. In the old one I had Outlook 2003 downloaded. The new
computer has only Outlook 2002 SP3. How do I upgrade to 2003 without giving
up an arm and a leg? $109 on the MSN web retail price just seems
ridiculously high. HELP!
 
OL2003 is not available as a download, other than with the trial version of
Office2003.
If you have OL/Office2003 cd install it
If old pc was supplied with OEM copy of Office, the licence died with old pc
 
Small problem with Office 2003 CD, I and my parent in laws jointly purchased
it. He has the CD and they might use it for the 3rd licence.

Does the trial version at the end of trial period offer download?
