I created a customer information and service history database on Access 2002
that I want to have on the office network and on each of our field
technicians notebooks. I need a way to update the office copy with the new
entries made on the notebook copies as well as update the notebook copies
with changes made on the office copy. Is there easy way of doing this other
than having to retype the information a second time on the office or
notebook computer?

And last but not least, there is a newsgroup for this at
microsoft.public.acess.replication

One of the top guys on the planet for Access replication owns this site:
www.trigeminal.com

One of the biggest mistakes in replication is to replicate the front-end of
your database. Replication is for data only. :-)

Replication is the way to go here.

See some docs available from Microsoft Web site:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=190766

and

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=282977

Most Access books also cover replication.
