I am having problems with people who use IMail receiving my messages. All
they can see is the email headers with no body when I send in HTML format.
They get the entire email message if I send in Plain text. I have been told
to export a backup of my Outlook and to uninstall and reinstall my outlook to
fix the problem. Any other suggestions? Also when I go to Control panel-Add
and Remove Programs-there is no outlook to choose for removal. We use
Windows XP w/SP2 and Outlook 2002. We also are on an exchange server.
HELP!!!! I send emails to over 500 people at one time through the IMail list
account. I really need everyone to be able to view the emails. I like HTML
because I create a lot of hyperlinks directing to our Website. Thanks.

Hi Deb,
first of all try to run scanpst.exe.
If this will not solve your problem, try to create a new Profile!
