How do I uninstall outlook [02]so that I can do a clean install

I am having multiple problems migrating outlook from one computer to another.
Outlook shows error messages when I start it up and the contacts show up but
are not searchable for sending. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but
it seems that there are always files left behind that continue the problem

All this means, most likely, is that you haven't configured your Outloo
Address Book service properly. See this:
