I just downloaded Firefox 0.9.1 and want to make a fresh install of the
Mozilla browser. I want all traces of Firebird 0.7 gone, but have no
uninstall option in the Add/Remove applet or Program group. Where is the
uninstall .exe file? Or how can a manual uninstall be done?

Manual Uninstall:

Delete the Firebird directory in Program Files (or your %installdir%).
These are only the runtime files though.

Configuration and profile information is stored in "Documents and
Settings\UserName\Application Data\Pheonix\". Delete that directory and
everything should be clean.

You might wish to backup bookmarks.html and user.js in your profile
directory.

Firefox 0.9 and above now use Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox instead
of the old Pheonix directory.

Just delete the Folder in "Program Files", and any desktop/start menu icons
The Add/Remove option is from Firefox 0.8 up

The installer will make a fresh install of firefox 0.9.1
