How do i un - grey the boxes so i can add keywords in front page

I cannot add keyword meta tags because the areas are greyed out - can anyone
please tell me how to un-grey the area if thats the correct phrase - thanks

Are you using a DWT
- if so wrap the Meta tags in an editable region
