How do I turn on "Check Address" in Outlook Contact?

My Outlook 2003 defaults to opening a window
called, "Check Address" when it feels that the address
info that I have entered is incorrect. I recently turned
off this feature by UN-checking the "Show this again when
the address is incomplete or unclear". I would now like
to use this feature again, but cannot find how to turn it
back on. Any help? Thanks.

I can't believe you can't find it ;) It's only buried 6 levels deep. Tools >
Options > Preferences > Email options...> Advanced Email options... >
Automatic Name checking.

I tried the path suggested but this didn't turn back the
feature. I probably need to clarify that I am talking
about the Street Address box within a Contact, not an e-
mail address. I have tried the path you gave below,
except I went to 'Contact options' instead of 'Email
options', but saw no button I could check to turn this
back on. Thanks for your response.

Then you need to clarify a lot more than that.
What exactly are you trying to do? The Outlook Address Book provides
electronic addresses to which you might need to send a message. What are the
changes you made to your system that changed how the Outlook Address Book
works?

Sorry about that, let start over. When I open a contact
in Outlook, in the physical address area if you type a
street address that seems to be missing something,
Outlook has a default window that pops up. It is
labeled "Check Address" that has a separate box or area
for the street address, city, state, and zip code info.
It also has an area for country info. There is a button
on the bottom left hand side of this window labeled "Show
this again when the address is incomplete or unclear". I
recently clicked on it to place a check in the box. This
turned off the feature. I would now like to use this
feature again, but cannot find how to turn it back on.

I see. Yes, that's very different.
Just click on one of the Address Buttons (Business, Home, or Other...) in a
new Contact Record.
At the bottom of that dialog you should see a checkbox to re-enable that
feature.
