How do I trigger a policy to apply everytime

I'll have a problem to trigger a GP that is build out of
an selfmade .ADM file to apply every time that a user logs
on. The policy changes the users directory for Favorites.
I'll analysed it with some tools and it seems that the
versionnumber is saved by the client and if it matches the
servers the client ignors the policy.

Any Ideés?

Best regards

Hello,

By default policies that make registry changes are not automatically
re-applied. These policies are only applied when the version number of the
policy is incremented. This is by design. However, there is a way to force
this to happen. In the default domain policy make the following change:

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Group Policy\Registry Policy
Processing

Set this to Enabled and check the box that says: Process even if the group
policy objects have not changed.

This should reapply the policy once the user logs off and then back on.
