How do I transfer Outlook user accts to new HD?

I installed a new HD into a computer. The OS (XP) and Office (2000) Installed
Smoothly. Now I can't seem to figure out how to move the old EMail accounts
to the new HD so they can be used.
 
Looking for a .pst flie (in old Hard disk), this file contains the Outlook
Personal Folder

Account information is kept in the registry. The Microsoft Office Save my
Settings Wizard and the Windows File and Settings Transfer Wizard will both
perform that type of operation.
