How do I transfer my Palm addresses in to Office 2000?

I have a Zire72 and want to transfer my address book to Office 2000 but in
browse the file does not show up.
 
Not an Outlook question. Ask Palm if they provide a method for transporting
or synchronizing data with Outlook.
