How do i transfer messages from OE6 on one laptop to another?

I bought a new laptop and have set up my email account on OE6 on my new
laptop. But now I want to transfer/move all my messages from OE6 on my old
laptop to my new one. How do I do this?
Exporting messages seems to allow me to transfer to another email program
but i don't want to do that nor do i have another email program like Outlook
or Exchange to export to in the first place.
