How do I transfer files from Oulook to Outlook web access?

I have moved all files from my current work to outlook. I now want to
transfer these email files from Outlook to my new Outlook Web Access account
in my new workplace. Struggling! Any help would be appreciated...

You need to connect to the Exchange server and export from the pst file to
your Exchange mailbox. AFAIK.....
As an aside, are these two different companies? Do you have permission to
take emails from one to the other?
