How do I transfer all Outlook contacts from one XP user to another

I am using Outlook 2002 for XP. My boss has all of his contacts under his
sign in and I need to transfer them all to my sign in. Otherwise I will have
to manually enter EVERY CONTACT in his MS Outlook to mine.
 
Can you import from his mailbox or PST file using the File menu > Import &
Export command?

Are your mailboxes hosted on an Exchange server? If so, your boss can allow
you to access his mailbox and the Contacts folder it contains.
 
I open both contact lists, select all the contacts I want in both lists, use
Ctrl/C to copy, go to the other address book, and paste.
