I set up a calendar that is not the main calendar. I regret it now. The
main calendar now has nothing on it, and the calendar I've named "SNUUC" has
all my info on it. I want to just have the main calendar, but I can't figure
out how to get ALL the info on my SNUUC calendar into my main calendar. I
see how I can do it one event at a time, but I'm sure there's an easier way.
I appreciate your help, but please don't use fancy computer language with me.
I know barely enough to type this question.

Thanks a lot

Display the SNUUC calendar in category view. Select all and drag to the
default calendar FOLDER.

Hi Milly--

Thanks so much, it took me a while to be sure what you meant, since I didn't
know for certain what "category view" meant, but I think I did do as you
said. Unfortunately, all it seemed to accomplish was to change the positions
of "calendar" and "SNUUC" in what I believe is the "category view" area (on
the left side of my screen). What did I do wrong?

Thanks so much!!

Nevermind my last email! I figured out what you meant by "displaying the
SNUUC calendar in category view". You see, even that was way too tech-y for
me, so it took forever to figure out.

Thanks, I did it.

HINT: enabling the Advanced toolbar helps a lot with these kinds of
situations. I wish it was enabled by default but you can right click on
your toolbar and enable it. It opens a whole new vista for using Outlook
efficiently.
