How do I track if anyone has been checking my calendar?

I am a manager and have experienced that my employees check my calendar to
see what I'm doing. Naturally they are allowed to know, except they seem to
be more preoccupied with my schedule than with their own work. Is there any
way I can track who has been checking my calendar?
 
You would need to speak to the Exchange administrator and depending on
Exchange version (s)he may have to enable it. Once enabled it will log an
event in the Event Viewer on the Exchange Server.
