How do I tell which activation codes have been used?

I own 4 copies of Windows XP Professional and so I have 4 activation codes.
At this time, I have installed and activated Windows XP on 2 systems. I'll be
picking up a 3rd system tomorrow.

My problem... I don't remember which of the 4 activation codes I've used on
my 2 current systems, and the product code shown in my computer's Gereral
Properties panel doesn't seen to have anything to do with the actvation code.

How can I find out which activation codes I've used and which I can use for
my new system?

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to use Belarc Advisor from
http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html to find the Product Keys used
on the installed systems.

But is ot possible to retrieve the activation key. It might be useful (?)
when one has
to reactivate XP or Vista on the same computer. After crash, or going back
to XP
from Vista, for instance.

Hello Luther,
You can deterime which key was used by opening an elevated cmd prompt
Then from that elevated CMD prompt run:
SLMGR -DLI
This displays the license status on the machine as well as a portion of the
product key.
That portion of the product key should be enough to tell you which product
keys you used on which machines,
