How do I tell the Rules Wizard to examine the message source

I continue to receive emails that cannot be eliminated by looking at the standard areas provided by the Rules Wizard. I could eliminate them by examining the HTML source code for the href= location. It is consistent in all the messages. So, how do I tell the Rules Wizard to examine a messages source?
 
I believe rules dont function on html - may depend on OL version
