How do I tell if I have USB 1.0 or 2.0?

How can I tell which type of USB port I have? My system info tells me in is
an Intel 82801CA/CAM. Does that give a clue?

I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 P4 and a Dimension 8200 P4.

yes, the 82801CA is a very good clue, your system has USB 1.1 only
