I want to take an exact copy of my office calendar home
and install it on my machine there. I suppose I can just
overwrite it every week or so. Maybe the answer was on
this site but I can't find it. What file or folder to I
need to copy in order to do this???

Thanks!

I don't claim any special expertise in this area, but my
own solution works - I keep my diary on a PDA (Pocket PC)
which runs 'Pocket Outlook'. It syncs automatically with
MS Outlook whenever I connect it to either of my 2 PCs, so
I keep all 3 versions of my calendar in step. Couldn't be
simpler, though I can't guarantee this would work so
smoothly (if at all) with Palm PDA.

You can use File | Import and Export | Export to a file and choose the
Personal Folders File (.PST) option, then take that .PST file home and
open it in Outlook via File | Open, or import the .PST into your home
Calendar folder if you wish. Note that Outlook can't use a read-only
..PST file, so if you bring it home on a CD, you'll need to copy it to
your hard drive and remove the read-only attribute before attempting to
open it or import from it.
