how do I syncronize outlook 2007 and hotmail?

My outlook has been working properly, until e days ago.

I have been receiving and sending my hotmail account messages, but now it
only send. I have reinstalled outlook and problem has not been solved. Is
there something I could do?

Reinstalling won't help with configuration issues.
Which errors do you get during send/receive?
Use the Outlook Connector to connect to Hotmail accounts instead of the
built in HTTP connector.
 
Make sure the latest version of the Outlook Connector is installed. Possibly
remove the Hotmail account and add it back.
Reinstalling is never a solution for problem like this.
Has anything been installed that might block the receipt of Hotmail emails?
