How do I syncronize notes between Outlook2007 and PDA?

I've made a recurring appointment for lessons (every monday 8-9) and changed
the note of the first appointment. I'd like to syncronize with my PDA (by
activesync 4.2) but the note are not refreshed. When I change the note on PDA
it is syncronized in Outlook2007. What shouls I do to syncronize everything
from Outlook2007 to PDA?

ActiveSync V4.2 doesn't work well with OL 2007 yet.
 
It works quite well with Outlook 2007 as I have been using it (and Activesync 4.1 prior) since last September.

It is the Windows Vista platform that hoses Activesync, any version, as Windows Vista has its own application to try to sync Outlook and PDAs.

Oh. OK.
 
I have been having issues with Notes. If I create a note on my iPAQ it won't
sync to outlook 2007 and vica versa.

Using ActiveSync 4.2.0

any suggestions?
