How do I synchronize my personal calendar with my mailbox calendar

I have been trying to figure this out for the past two hours...I would REALLY
appreciate some help! Thanks!

Your personal calendar IS your mailbox calendar. If you're using Exchange,
you should have the Exchange mailbox selected as your delivery location.
Then everything will be available from any Outlook and from Outlook Web
Access.
 
When you say personal calendar, are you referring to a PST calenda
folder (off the Exchange server)? If so check ou
www.diditbetter.com for syncing private (mailbox) calenda
to personal (PST) calendar
