How do I synchronize my calendar at work with the calendar on my .

I am using Outlook 2003 at work and home. I am looking for an easy way to
synchronize my work calendar with the calendar on my home computer. I want
both main calendars to be the same, but want to be able to make
changes/additions at either location. Thanks.
