How do I synch my public and private calendar

I am trying to synchronize my private and public calendar and can't find a
simple way to accomplish this. I want any meeting scheduled on my private
calendar to also show up on my public calendar. I am using Outlook 2003
(11.5608.5703.)
 
Outlook does not provide an inbuilt method for this. You can look at the
