how do I synch my personal contacts from my smartphone to outlook

I have outlook 2007 and I am using Palm 77wx with active synch 4.2 My
business contacts are going across great but my personal contacts won't go
over to outlook. Help.
 
Are your personal contacts in another folder (not Contacts)? I'm guessing
that only your Contacts folder is getting synced, by default. Not sure if
ActiveSync will sync folders other than the default ones (Contacts, Tasks,
Calendar, etc). You might need third-party software to sync others...

ActiveSync operates only on the default (delivery location) folders. It
will not sync any other folders. You need something like Chapura Pocket
Mirror for that.
