I feel your pain. I have an IPod touch and it only syncs the regular
contacts in Outlook BCM but not the Business Contacts. Hopefully the MS
layoffs got rid of the losers that didn't think that maybe we needed to sync
Outlook to itself.
I found a really cumbersome way of "syncing" that involved exporting and
importing. Not very efficient if one needs to makes subtle change. I'll
keep looking and post what I find.
