How do I sync Outlook to MSN online?

The contacts list is different when I access my email on the server than the
list I have on my C drive and I would like to sync them, as well as other
data in Outlook.

The easiest way is too use Outlook Online:
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/mool.htm. Otherwise, what formats does MSN
accept for import?
