How do I sync outlook 2003 with apple i-touch?

I have an Apple I-pod Touch (2nd gen) and I can't find any information on how
to synchronize it with my 2003 Outlook calendar and contacts. I am picking
up the email fine with no problems.
Any Ideas? DrLauraF
