how do i sync my outlook with my ipod?

How do I sync my outlook calendar with my ipod. I can update the contact but
the calendar will not update. The ipod tells me to use task manager but am
not sure what this means.

Since synching is the province of the device being used to sync, I would ask
in an Apple iPod forum.
