How do I sync my office outlook calendar between the 2 laptops

I have 2 laptops. One I use at home and the other I use for travel. How do
I sync up the 2 office calenders so I can view or make changes/additions to
one calender that I can sync between them daily so they are both the same and
current? I am using windows XP home on both.
