I just began using Outlook 2003 with my POP/SMTP account. When I choose the
"send/receive all" funtion, only the emails from my inbox were added to
Outlook. How can I get my other folders/mail --not inbox-- added to Outlook?

Thanks for any information.

What mail client were you using before? You'll need to import the data from
it for those folders, since they are local to your machine, not on the
server. POP3 doesn't 'do' folders, it is simply an inbox.

I was using webmail. Sorry, if I'm not using the proper terminology. So,
regardless, I can only get the items from inbox sent to Outlook?

Whose webmail were you using? If you were using Hotmail, and now you're
using POP3 (assuming they still offer that), then yes, you're only going to
get the mail that was in the inbox. If you set up Hotmail as an HTTP Mail
connection, then you'd get all the folders.

If you're using your own ISP's webmail, then you'd need to ask them if they
support IMAP, which would enable the folders to sync up.

If your only option is pop3, then yes, the only thing you'll get is items in
your Inbox and you'd need to load up the webmail client and move the
messages back into your inbox.
