How do I sychronize my destop outlook email to my laptop email?

I am trying to synch my desktop work email with our work laptop. If anybody
knows how to do this please let me know. thanks.
 
All depends on the mail account type that you are using for work.
For the settings needed, you'll have to ask your email admin.
