How do I switch idenities for email in Outlook?

I want to switch over from EXPRESS OUTLOOK to Microsoft Outlook XP 2000.
In Express outlook I can easily switch over from one idenity to another. I
have several email addresses, (personal, business, etc). How do I set that up?
I saw in Receive Mail the addresses are listed but nothing downloads into
them. How do I get it to work?

That would depend on which mail support mode you are using.
If you don't know, look at line 2 of Help | About and see if you are using
Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup.
