how do i switch accounts in outlook update 2003 ?????

I installed the outlook express update (2003)

I am a novice user.

Can't find "switch identities" option in any of the menus / it is no where
near as obvous as it should be

Wrong newsgroup but it should be in the File Menu.

I am using OutLook Express version 6.00.2900.2180 (03/Aug/2004) which is
later than the version you mentioned and the Switch Identities ... Menu item
is still there.

Are you sure you are using Outlook Express and not Outlook 2003?

OTOH, you probably need to re-post your question to the Outlook Express
newsgroup.
