How do I: Suppress "Changing the formatting... to plain text" prompt

Is it possible to suppress the following prompt which appears EACH TIME the user changes the formatting from HTML (or rich text) to plain text

" Warning: Changing the formatting of this message from HTML to plain text requires removing all the current formatting, including any pictures that you may have included.

No, I do not want to compose in plain text by default, which seems to be the only workaround

Grateful for any suggestions

You can't remove that dialog, it's hard coded.
