how do i subscribe to ALL newsgroups

let me clarify that i want to connect to ALL newsgroups, not just the
microsoft communities, etc....
specifically, (if it makes any difference) i am looking for
comp.cad.pro-engineer
at least i have figured out how to post to this group....it was a battle

Go here http://www.motzarella.org/ it is a free news server, but you have to
register, and they send you the set up instructions by email so use a real
address.

They carry the newsgroup that you are after.
