how do I store my past appointment in calender

I am sycronising information from my pda phone (XDA O2) to my pc. But past
appointment syc with pc with be deleted both on mda and pc after 2 weeks of
storage. How can I store all the appointment permanently?
 
Archive items older than 2 weeks prior to synching.
